Are Jazz and Swing a language? How do we use our bodies to speak this language with a partner? This class is all about how we use the body to communicate in dance and how to expand our understanding of ourselves in a partnership. Sounds simple… But, like the music, the possibilities are actually endless. Be prepared to let go of what you think you know and take a technical challenge unlike any before. We will cover new figures, shapes, patterns, footwork and improvisation skills in a dynamic games-based setting.
