Terms of Service

1. Participation

Participation is at your own risk. The Swingout Innsbruck team assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, theft, or similar incidents.

2. Registration

Registration is binding but does not guarantee a place in the course. As soon as we can guarantee you a place, we will send you a course place confirmation including the invoice by email (please check your spam folder if you do not receive a waiting list or course place confirmation).

3. Payment Deadline

You have 7 days to transfer the invoice amount to our account. If payment is not received in our account within these 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the registration. However, non-payment does not count as deregistration from the course; for this, an email is required, see (6).

4. Waiting List

To ensure optimal conditions in the course, we maintain a waiting list in cases of high demand or an imbalance of leads and follows. You will receive a waiting list confirmation if you are placed on the waiting list. If we can offer you a course place, you will receive the course place confirmation including the invoice by email.

5. Cancellation

To withdraw from the registration or to deregister from the waiting list, an email to anmeldungen@swingoutinnsbruck.at is required. For already confirmed course places, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 3 weeks before the start of the course, no cancellation fees apply.

• From 2 weeks before the start of the course, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee is payable.

• From 1 week before the start of the course, a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee is payable.

6. Refund

If payment has already been made, a refund will be processed within seven days in the event of a cancellation in accordance with the conditions stated above. If the course is cancelled by us, all course fees will be refunded in full.
